Welcome to the HAPA Studio Experience, where actors immerse themselves in the heart of Hollywood for an intensive two-week program that combines cutting-edge acting techniques with real-world studio experience.
Program Overview
- Maximum capacity: 25 students
- Six classes of three hours each.Every class divided into two parts: Acting Techniques and Scene Study.
- Three guided tours of major Hollywood studios: Sony Pictures, Paramount Pictures, Warner Brothers.
- Red Carpets and Industry Events. New FilmMakers Los Angeles: Bronson Studios.
THE CLASSES
Six classes of three hours each.
Acting Techniques:
Focus on latest Hollywood techniques for auditions in Film and TV
Gym-like exercises to strengthen and expand actors' abilities
Combination of different techniques for a well-rounded approach
Scene Study:
Study actual scenes from popular shows (Netflix, Amazon, HBO, Disney, Marvel, etc.)
Experience a real set with locations, props, lights
Record scenes applying learned techniques, creating new demo material.
Emphasis on preparing for virtual auditions and callbacks, the new standard in Hollywood.

Guided tours of major Hollywood studios: Sony Pictures, Paramount Pictures, Warner Brothers.
Learn about studio history and modern operations.

The HAPA Faculty will accompany the class and will enforce the tour experience with industry preparation.
Students will learn to prepare their "Actors book" in order to navigate Hollywood databases and connect with directors, agents and casting directors.
INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
As part of the program, students will have the exclusive opportunity to join New Filmmakers LA (NFMLA), a platform that empowers emerging filmmakers and artists.
